Dr. Brynlynn Pitt, MD
Growing up as an athlete fostered my fascination with human movement and athletic performance, leading to my undergraduate degree in physiology and master’s degree in kinesiology.
Through medical school and residency, I gained a robust non-operative orthopedic and primary care sports medicine training experience across health care systems in the UK, USA, and Canada. Most recently, I completed my sports medicine fellowship training with the Cleveland Clinic in northeast Ohio.
As a fellow, I expanded my knowledge of acute and chronic injury treatment and prevention, concussion management, and ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal injections and procedures. I provided team physician and event sports coverage at youth, high school, collegiate, and professional levels, including work with the Cleveland Guardians MLB team, the Cleveland Cavaliers NBA team, and coverage for the 2022 NBA All-Star Weekend. I also covered NCAA football, basketball, wrestling, and track & field, along with professional tennis and rugby.
Board-certified in family medicine and sports medicine, I also have particular interests in lifestyle medicine and chronic disease management in order to provide patients with holistic care.
