DALYCE LEES
Registered Physiotherapist
Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT)
Certified Gunn IMS Practioner (CGIMS)
Dalyce completed her Honours Degree in Applied Health Sciences at the University of Waterloo, and then her Master’s of Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.
Her interest in the human body began at young age after she received an anatomy computer game for Christmas one year. She was introduced to the physiotherapy profession at a young age due to her participation in competitive gymnastics. She loves being a Physiotherapist because it combines some of her favourite things; lifelong learning, working with people, and problem solving.
Dalyce’s passion for learning has motivated her to continue educating herself in new techniques and methods to build her skills and knowledge in the Physical Therapy and health field. She has taken advanced courses in manual therapy and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy, as well as certified in Gunn IMS, a specific dry needling technique. Dalyce loves learning and has plans to take courses in visceral therapy and lymphatic drainage.
Dalyce uses a combination of education, manual therapy, soft tissue release and exercise to treat her patients. She believes in using a specialized treatment plan for each individual patient in order to help them achieve their goals.
In her spare time Dalyce enjoys reading, hiking, running after her two toddlers, and baking sweets (mostly so that she can eat them!)
