As a Naturopathic Doctor, my goal is to understand your health from a wholistic perspective. I will assess physical, mental and emotional aspects of health, and together we will work to understand and address the root cause of your illness or discomfort. I use diet, lifestyle, supplements, acupuncture and Bowen Therapy to help restore health and balance to bodies, and to prevent disease.

I graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2003 and from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Nutrition and Biochemistry. I became a certified Bowen Therapist in 2003 and achieved advanced level training in 2019. I am a Registered Acupuncturist, with additional certification as a Facial Rejuvenation Cosmetic Acupuncturist. In addition, I earned Therapeutic Prescribing Rights in 2015, which allow me to prescribe Bio-identical hormones as well as other medicines to naturally promote health.

I look forward to meeting with you and supporting you on your health journey.

I hold professional membership with the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors, the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, and the Canadian Bowenwork/Bowtech Group. I am licensed in Ontario through the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and through the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario.

*Naturopathic Doctors (NDs) must complete an undergraduate degree with related prerequisites in order to gain admission into the full-time four-year program at an accredited Naturopathic College. After the successful completion of that program, all NDs must pass rigorous board exams at both the provincial and North American level. In the province of Ontario, Naturopathic Doctors are considered primary care physicians, qualified to examine, diagnose, treat and prevent illness. For more information, visit the Council on Naturopathic Medical Education.
