International Olympic Committee (IOC) Diploma in Sports Nutrition, Candidate

I am a Registered Dietitian & Sports Nutritionist with the College of Dietitians of Ontario (CDO). I have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, and Foods and Nutrition from the University of Western Ontario. I have also completed the Diploma of Dietetic Education and Practical Training (DDEPT) from the University of Western Ontario and am currently completing the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Diploma in Sports Nutrition. I am also working part time at EatWell Health Centre, where I help patients with eating disorders along their journey of recovery.

My goal as a clinician is to help you create long-term, sustainable behavior changes in order to lead a happier, healthier life, and successful athletic career.

Having an athletic background as an elite light-weight and open-weight rower, I value tremendously the impact nutrition can have on performance, injury prevention, day-to-day training, mood, energy levels, and overall health.

Being immersed in a sport highly focused on weight and body image, I realized the need for support and guidance in preserving a positive relationship with food while balancing other athletic and life goals. Whether you are training for your first 5K run, or your third 70.3 Ironman World Championships, helping you achieve your goals safely is my priority.
