Medical Acupuncture Provider

I am a Registered Physiotherapist who works to find the root cause of a person’s injury or pain. I love working with my clients to help empower them to understand their injuries and what they can do to help themselves. I have a special interest in looking at the body as a whole, and helping to resolve injuries through manual therapy, acupuncture, education, and focused home exercises.

After completing my undergraduate degree in Honours Specialization in Health Sciences at the University of Western Ontario, I graduated with an MSc in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 2012. I am also a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT) and have accreditation as a Contemporary Medical Acupuncture provider from McMaster University. As well, I have achieved Visceral Mobilization Level 2 from the Barral Institute and act as a Clinical Instructor for University of Toronto physiotherapy students.

More recently, I have pursued training in treating Maternal and Infant Factors related to Breastfeeding from Pelvic Health Solutions.

I have a passion working with infants who require bodywork for tension related to lip and tongue ties (TOTs), torticollis, head flattening, and suck training to improve their feeding. I have gone through several infant feeding challenges as a parent myself, and am on a mission to educate and empower other parents who might have the same struggles with feeding their infants.
