Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (Honours) from McMaster University in 2015, and her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2017. Since then, she has pursued postgraduate education through the Orhtopedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association, obtaining her Level 3 Manual Therapy Certification. She has also completed McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture training program, as well as courses on soft tissue release, and concussion management.
Rachel’s approach to rehabilitation starts with a comprehensive full body assessment and involves the use of manual therapy, acupuncture, patient education and individualized exercise programs.
