Muscular strength and endurance play an essential role in keeping you on your feet. We’ll guide the class through age-appropriate exercises.
Reduce External Risk Factors
Finally, our classes will give you the tools you need to avoid falls in your day-to-day life. This is often as simple as keeping walkways clear of debris or loose rugs, for example.
