With over 24 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, I have dedicated my career to helping others feel their best through a client-centred approach to care. After graduating with a Massage Therapy diploma in Barrie, Ontario, I became registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and went on to build and run my own successful RMT business.
My practice is rooted in deep tissue massage, and I’ve expanded my skills through additional training in cupping therapy, reflexology and pregnancy massage. Every treatment is tailored to the individual, addressing specific needs to support healing, mobility, and overall wellness.
Massage therapy is more than just a career for me—it’s my passion. I love being active and outdoors, whether it’s hiking, camping, or exploring new places through travel. These experiences help me stay balanced and bring fresh energy into my work with clients.
I am very excited to join this dynamic health practitioner team, where I can explore even greater, new age ways to treat and care for my clients.
